Welcome to the Panah Help Center! Here you’ll find answers to common questions, user guides, and tips for getting the most out of your Panah experience.

1. Getting Started

Q: What is Panah? Panah is a platform to share, discover, and connect through real stories and emotions from around the world. Q: How do I sign up? Download the Panah app, tap on “Sign Up,” and follow the steps to create your account using your email address. Q: Is Panah free to use? Yes, Panah is completely free for all users.

2. Account Management

• Create an Account: Use your email and a secure password. • Log In: Enter your credentials or reset your password if you’ve forgotten it. • Log Out: Go to Settings > Log Out. • Delete Account: (Currently not available in MVP. Contact support for requests.)

3. Profile & Settings

• Edit Profile: Change your name, username, bio, photo, and location from Settings > Edit Profile. • Change Password: Go to Settings > Change Password. • Language Preferences: Select your preferred language in Settings > Appearance > Language. • Notifications: Manage notification settings in Settings > Notifications. • Phone Number: (Optional) Add your phone number for account recovery or security. • Privacy Options: Adjust who can see your information in your profile.

4. Stories & Submission

• Browse Stories: Discover stories on the Home or Explore pages. • Submit a Story: Tap the “+” button, select your emotion, and share your experience. • Anonymous Sharing: You can submit stories anonymously if you prefer. • Location Tagging: Add your location to connect with stories around you (optional). • Edit or Delete: You can edit or delete your own stories at any time.

5. Notifications

• Push Notifications: Receive alerts for new comments, reactions, and messages. • Email & SMS: Email/SMS notifications are currently under development. • Permissions: Allow Panah to send you notifications from your device settings.

6. Reactions, Comments & Interactions

• React to Stories: Tap on a story to leave a reaction (like, relate, inspire, etc.). • Comment: Write comments on stories and interact with other users. • Reply & Report: Reply to comments and report inappropriate content. • Save Favorites: Save your favorite stories for quick access.

7. Privacy & Security

• Data Protection: Your information is stored securely and is never sold to third parties. • Blocking & Reporting: Block or report users who violate guidelines. • Account Security: Enable strong passwords and (soon) two-factor authentication. • Anonymous Mode: Share without revealing your identity.

8. Troubleshooting & Feedback

• App Issues: Try restarting the app or updating to the latest version. • Password Problems: Use the “Forgot Password” option to reset your password. • Bugs & Errors: Report bugs directly from the app in Settings > Report a Problem. • Suggestions: We welcome your feedback! Share ideas for new features anytime.
